Meet Nan Potter, a certified dog trainer and dedicated pet sitter with a passion...
"Ever since I can remember, I've had a strong compassion for many kinds of animals—from the family dog to birds, reptiles, cats, and small pocket pets.
I discovered my love for dog training after I began teaching at an Evansville IN retail store in 2005. It felt like home, and what God intended for me to do. I was eager to become the best trainer I could be. I graduated from the Animal Behavior College in June of 2007, and from the Karen Pryor Academy for Animal Training & Behavior in September of 2008. I will always strive for excellence in my field, and I look forward to continued learning. As the former president of Kentuckiana Pug Rescue, I realize that teaching people the proper techniques to communicate with their dogs will reduce the number of animals surrendered to rescue organizations, humane societies, and animal control shelters. Assisting people to better understand their dogs so they can build a stro
ng relationship and bond is truly my passion. And that is the foundation of Compassionate Critter Care, LLC, my in-your-home pet-sitting and dog training business serving the greater Evansville IN area.
